From Russell Cox :
How often do you fail to act, or follow through,
on even your best ideas ?
You probably already know everything you need to know to be successful.
My classes and coaching focus on helping you to find and release the negative beliefs and energy blocks that keep you from doing what you already know is best for you and your success.
I focus on simple principles, clear communication, and direct experience to share with you my knowledge and training.
In 2003, I founded Shamanic Wealth & Healing to blend my extensive business and scientific knowledge with my growing understanding of shamanic energy medicine to help healers and others build successful lives where they can live with Power, Joy, & Choice.
Namaste, Russell Cox
About Russell Cox :
Astronaut, Pilot, & Teacher
Growing up in Houston, Texas during the Apollo program, Russell Cox developed a deep desire to understand the inner workings of the Universe and dreamed of becoming an astronaut, pilot, & teacher (at age 4, he wanted to be a Moo Cow, but that career path did not work out .)
With a background in math, science, finance, entrepreneurship, and shamanism, Russell brings a depth to his classes and coaching that is rare.
Astronaut - Deep Shamanism
The job of an astronaut is to explore unknown regions and bring back valuable information to those who remain behind. In a strange way, shamanism has allowed Russell to fulfill this childhood dream.
The job of a Shaman is to explore the worlds of Spirit and non-physical reality to bring back useful information for clients and students.
In his personal practice of Deep Shamanism, Russell explores the farthest reaches of the Universe. From those far reaches, he brings back practical and effective information that allows clients to craft the destiny of their choice.
Pilot - Awareness, Consistency, Focus
Russell has flown hang gliders and sailplanes, preferring the delicate subtlety of unpowered flight over the brute force of powered aircraft.
The most admirable skills of a pilot are awareness, consistency, and focus.
- Awareness - The pilot must be aware of the terrain, weather, and most importantly, their personal skill level at every moment during a flight to ensure the greatest chance of success.
- Consistency - No flight is a "milk run." The pilot must treat each moment of every flight as though their life depends on it, because, for a pilot, it usually does.
- Focus - While the pilot must maintain an awareness of all things at all times, they must also be able to focus, especially in an emergency, on just those details that will make the difference between success and fialure.
Russell has used his exploration of flight, both on the ground and in the air, to hone and develop these skills. In coaching, this allows him to help clients understand both the larger patterns and the one or two things that must be done right now to move their plans forward, and perhaps avoid disaster.
Teacher - Service Above Self
One of Russell's sayings is "If I was stranded on a desert island, I would study astrophysics, but I am not on an island. Had others not dedicated their lives to helping me, I would have died a long time ago, so my first obligation is to give back to the community."
Again, Russell says, "In any classroom there is more life experience and knowledge among the many students than my one life's experience has seen. My job is to get the class to focus on the topic and to draw out their considerable experience so that we can discover new and creative solutions to the problems that face us."
Russell uses proven teaching techniques and "gentle' shamanism to help the students to explore the terrain of their physical and non-physical realities to unlock their personal power and wisdom to solve the pressing problems in their lives and careers.
