When you can’t do everything that you wanted to do to achieve your goal(s), but you can do something, then be consistent and abundance will come consistently. Your energy system will respond to the steady and reliable nature of consistency. How do you practice consistency?
Creating abundance in your life is a process of both thought and action a process of consistent thought and action. Essentially consistency is best when it comes to abundance. When you can’t do everything that you wanted to do to achieve your goal(s), but you can do something, then be consistent and abundance will come consistently.
The reason why abundance responds is because of the consistent nature of your thoughts and actions. Even if what you are doing may seem insignificant with respect to the goals you want to reach, working from a consistent framework makes all the difference. This is because your energy system responds to the steady and reliable nature of consistency.
If you remember that you draw to you want you sow in your thoughts and actions. Then for example, if one day your energy radiated abundance and then the next day your energy system radiated scarcity, your system wouldn’t know what to respond to because abundance and scarcity are inherent different, even opposing, energies. By contrast, if you radiated even a small amount of abundance consistently every day, your energy system would know what to draw to you abundance.
So how might you radiate abundance consistently even a little bit? If you’re blocked in some way and feel you can’t make headway, stop and reflect on where you’ve come. You’ve done something. Pick a success and build on it. How can you replicate this success? This is the same as picking a seed and planting/nurturing it.
One way to help you identify these small successes you’ve had along your path is to create a success journal. To refresh your memory, a success journal can be short phrases or statements answering the following statements:
· Today’s successes …
· Today I’m grateful for …
· I acknowledge/praise myself for …
· Today I celebrate …
The point is to identify areas in your life where things have gone well. No matter how things may seem bleak in your life, there are still things to be grateful for and feel successful about. Reflecting on these areas, every day, can begin to create a consistent energy of abundance in your life. Using a success journal to track your progress can make all the difference in creating consistency, even if your progress seems slow.
