Lunar Reflections is posted at the Full Moon to honor and highlight the power that natural Earth Cycles have on our lives, even in the modern world.
Traditional cultures, recognize that in the natural world, all
things flow in a never ending cycle of birth, growth, and death.
In nature, death is often the source of life; the mouse dies, so
that the eagle may live; the riotous life of spring, follows the
barren waste of winter.
On the planet Earth, the natural cycles are set by the sun and
moon. While the sun provides the energy for almost all life on earth,
the moon controls the moods and reproductive cycles for many plants
and animals, including humans.
The New Moon is a time of renewal and rebirth; a time to let go
of what has been and to embrace what is to come. The Full Moon is
a time to reflect on growth and accomplishment. Posting our E-Zine
on the Full Moon, utilizes the natural energies of the Full Moon
to encourage growth and accomplishment in your cycles of abundance,
wealth, and spiritual empowerment.
Each issue will illuminate the natural cycles that have such a
profound influence on our lives and provide you with practical information
and thoughtful exercises to help you to align the ebb and flow of
your daily life with the cycles of the Earth. In this way you can
enlist the powerful forces of Nature to help you on your way to
becoming empowered, fulfilled, and financially free.

Full Moon Saturday 1/26/08 Rest and Cleansing Moon
Winter is the time when the Earth has ended its retreat from the Sun and begins its return to bring warmth and extended light to the Earth. During the Winter, the Earth’s energies have receded completely deep into the Earth to renew and replenish themselves before the needs of coming of Spring. You can use these replenished Earth’s energies to cleanse yourself of any unwanted energies from the year before.
Full Moon Saturday 2/23/08 Big Winds Moon
As you feel yourself become rejuvenated by the Earth’s gentle energies over the Winter season, allow yourself to feel the promise of Spring that lies ahead. In the Spring, these resting energies will move out of the ground into the trees again and begin to blossom. By aligning yourself with this cycle you can be ready as well. The Big Winds Moon identifies the shift from the Winter months to the Spring time. Now is the time to change your patterns in your life based on your New Year’s Resolutions. Use your New Year’s Resolutions to solidify your action plan and get ready to use the Spring energies to move into action.

Rest & Cleansing Moon, Jan 26
During this time of the rest and cleansing moon, allow your unwanted energies to drain away. Cleanse yourself of last year's remaining energies and make yourself ready for the spring to come.
The Rest & Cleansing Moon is the second full moon of the Winter season during which the Earth continues its cycle of rejuvenation. While over the first month, the Earth has been renewing itself, now it begins to nourish those energies, which have returned to it. In the same way, you can use the Earth’s energies to cleanse yourself of any unwanted energies from the year before.
